These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Lifetime Aminos. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements or natural health products, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Canada or any other regulator for use in humans or animals. They must not be used on or in humans or animals, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying for lawful laboratory research, and that you will handle, store and dispose of products safely and in line with the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for making sure you may lawfully buy and import these products where you are. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these terms are not being followed.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or for the reasons in section 1. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Multi-vial bundle pricing applies automatically in the cart (2+ vials of a product: 8% off; 3+ vials of a product: 15% off). Bacteriostatic Water is 10% off when ordered with another product. Spend-based volume discounts may also apply. Where more than one discount is available you receive whichever is larger, not several combined.

3. Payment

Payment is due when you order, using a method offered at checkout. Orders ship after payment is received and confirmed.

4. Shipping, risk and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

5. Product information

We try to describe products accurately. Certificates of analysis are available on request. Product photos are illustrations; labels and packaging may differ.

6. Your account

Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use or misuse of products contrary to section 1, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and they do not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of section 1, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or province where we are located and the applicable federal laws, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
