Where we ship

We ship to United States. You are responsible for making sure the products may be lawfully imported and used for research where you are, and for any customs duties or taxes charged on delivery.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day. Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Weekends and holidays may add time.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will tell you promptly and give you a revised date. You may then cancel for a full refund, or agree to wait. If you cancel, we refund you promptly.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $250. Otherwise, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Orders ship with tracking. Tracking details are provided when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, contact us to arrange reshipping; additional shipping charges may apply.
