This policy explains what personal information Lifetime Aminos ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form) when you create an account.
• Order details: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number (if given), the products you order, and order history.
• Payment details: handled by the payment method you choose. We do not see or store full card numbers. For e-Transfers we receive the sender name and email; for cryptocurrency payments we receive the transaction details needed to match your payment.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, for example support or certificate of analysis requests.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Confirmations: your confirmation that you meet the minimum age and are buying for research use, and when you gave it.
• Google sign-in (optional): if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We use it only to create or sign in to your account.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To run your account and keep it secure, and to prevent fraud.
• To answer your questions and send order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates, password resets).
• To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting record-keeping.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to run the store, under their own privacy terms:

• our website hosting provider;
• shipping carriers (name, address and phone for delivery);
• payment providers for the payment method you choose;
• our email provider, used to send order and account emails;
• Google, which serves the fonts on this site (your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address) and provides the optional Google sign-in;

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order. Some of these providers may process data outside your state or country.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically several years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to uses that are not required to complete an order (which may mean we cannot provide some services). Email lifetimeaminos@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Residents of some U.S. states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and to have it deleted. We honour these requests from all customers, wherever they live, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Selling, sharing and tracking

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site for advertising across other websites. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of; this applies whether or not your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Do Not Track: there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so this site does not change its behaviour when it receives one. As described above, we do not track visitors across other websites.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No online service can be completely secure; please use a unique password.

Age

This site is not intended for anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
